The stable was delighted to get the third winner in as many days yesterday when AMPHITRITI (Canny Lad/Minervois) won at Pakenham over 1300m.

She was ridden by Chris Symons who was able to get her in a great position in behind the speed. Throughout the run he was looking around to ensure that he was able to get out as she was travelling nicely. Rounding the bend the gaps opened and she was extremely solid in working to the line.

The three winners that we have had have all won by nose – it has been great that that bob of the head has been going our way!

Tony Noonan was pleased with the victory ‘It was a good win yesterday. She was stepping up from the 1000m last start for her first go over the 1300m and she seemed very happy with the extra distance’.

There are now a few options about for her and we hope that the wins can continue! Congratulations to her owners Arthur Loustas, Louis Chasomeris & Con Louca.
