Following several months of analysis on my operation together with future plans for our business I am extremely pleased today to officially announce the appointment of Glenn Scott as General Manager of Tony Noonan Racing.
My rationale with this new role and direction for TNR is for the role to support and develop the total business including staff, marketing, communication, client liaison, budgeting and strategic planning.
Our business needs to be constantly analysing and assessing the future and Glenn’s appointment will be integral to the future success of our stable.
The appointment will allow me to focus almost exclusively on training and on you, our valued clients, knowing that the broader business is in good hands.
Glenn brings extensive experience and a successful track record in business and sport and is ideally placed to fulfil an active responsibility and contribution to Tony Noonan Racing. I believe we are extremely fortunate to have someone of Glenn’s calibre join our operation at Greendale.
Glenn’s career highlights include a 19 year career with Goodyear reaching General Manager of Australia in the early nineties, a successful consultancy business, and more recently just under twelve years with the Victorian Country Football League. The latter nine years were served as Chief Executive Officer in what was an exceptionally strong period for the VCFL with its 83 leagues, over 800 clubs and 82,500 players, making it the largest aussie rules body in Australia.
A keen racing enthusiast all his life, and a lover of most sports, Glenn has been a racehorse owner over a number of years and is currently a member of several racing clubs.
We welcome Glenn into his new role and wish him every success with his contribution and input into the future growth and success of Tony Noonan Racing.

Kind Regards

Tony Noonan
