We are delighted to have secured this beautiful daughter of Champion Sire So You Think and Gr.1 performer Sister Madly to join the team. After visiting many of the Victorian farms in the lead up to the sales and then spending most of the past week scouring the Oaklands Sale Grounds, Tony was quite sure that this Filly was certainly the one he wanted on Day One.

So You Think has risen to the top of the sire standings without too much fanfare but there is no doubt he is the premier sire in Australia getting winners at 2yo and more importantly at all distances. He was a versatile champion racehorse and is equally as successful in the breeding barn.

The Dam of this filly, Sister Madly was a very talented race mare who competed throughout her career at the highest level. She was the winner of the VRC Salinger Stakes Gr.2 and two other group race wins. She was a Gr.1 placegetter on three occasions in the AJC Flight Stakes Gr.1, the MVRC Manikato Stakes Gr.1 and the SAJC Robert Sangster Stakes Gr.1. Her career as a broodmare has started well with her first four foals, all winners. This Filly is bred on the So You Think / Redoutes Choice cross which is proving to be very potent with the likes of Dargento, Inference and Illation all boasting the same cross.

Tony fell in love with this filly during inspections and was delighted to hear the hammer fall to his bid. " She is a tall filly with a beautiful walk and reminds me a lot of a Mare I trained a few years back called Varenna Miss. She too, was a tall athletic filly who improved physically with age and maturity and I cannot wait for this filly to come through our system.
